Prior versions of Alpha Anywhere have supported exporting data from a Grid Component to either Excel or ASCII files. The data was exported as a simple unformatted table of raw data. Now, a new type of export is available. You can use a Report Definition to specify the format for an export operation. Data can be exported to Excel, Word, ASCII, HTML, or PDF (Note: Also applies to the Grid Component).
