This raw milk cheese is one of our favorites from Lazy Lady.
Fil-A-Buster is wraped in a spruce bark band that adds a definative
flavor and a lingering resiny spruce aroma after eating. Vaguely
resembling the Swiss FosterKase, Buster is lighter overall with a
fluffier texture and deep milky flavor. Great with a Belgian style
beer.
