(Note: This Feature Pack is sold as an optional add-on in V10 but is included with V11) The File Import Feature Pack allows you to add a button to a Grid Component that will upload a file from the user's machine to the server, and then import the data in the uploaded file. The following types of files can be uploaded: All Excel file types (.xls, .xlsx) up to and including Excel 2010, comma delimited ASCII files. The data in the uploaded file can be imported into the table on which the Grid is based, or an external table unrelated to the table that the Grid is based on.
