M57 Alpha Five V11 Debug running apps

Prior to build 2921, you could not use the Xbasic debugger to debug server-side Xbasic in a running Web Application. While you have always been able to use "Working Preview" to debug server-side Xbasic, this approach has limitations (e.g., session variables and the Security Framework are not enabled in "Working Preview"). Now, as long as you are running in Live Preview mode you can debug any server-side Xbasic by simply inserting "debug(1)" into your Xbasic. This includes Xbasic inside .a5w pages and Xbasic in your server-side event handlers in Components.
