In its Quest for Authenticity, Poivre d'Or uses sun drenched fresh
fruits, for optimal flavor to make preserves rich in fruit
respectful of original recipes. Spread on bread or crepes, add to
yogurt, soft white cheese, ice cream etc. One taste and you'd swear
they put butter in this preserve. The vanilla complements the
papaya like nothing in recorded history. Okay, that may be a little
of an overstatement, but in all honesty, not by much. The richness
of this preserve is also evident in it's buttery texture.
