Description

StudentCam is C-SPAN's annual national video documentary competition that encourages students to think critically about issues that affect our communities and our nation. For the 2018 competition, we asked students to choose a provision of the U.S. Constitution and create a video illustrating why it's important to them. Notes from the filmmakers:
A documentary video that explains the ¨threat to the internet¨ because of the (now) lack of net neutrality, and how it could have a large impact on the United States, in both a positive and negative way.The video also dives into the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), and why the power of Net Neutrality was given to them in the first place, as well as how the Constitution backs the power given to the FCC.
