Description

Hittisau is very similar to Emmentaler, yet its has a lighter body,
but deeper complexity. Sourced from cows which graze in alpine
meadows which produces the sweet, creamy flavors you find. Hittisau
is prepared in the traditional way to making butter, mountain
cheese and Rahm-Emmentaler. A great melting cheese, but an amazing
table cheese, pair it with light whites or sweet wines.
