With a deep, almost buttery flavor, ventresca, or toro, as it's
known in the sushi world, comes from the belly of the fish.
Visually very different than most canned tuna, ventresca has a long
slender flake and a lighter fluffier texture that makes for an
incredible mouthfeel.
