Supreme Court justice administers oath to Widener Law StudentsDelaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland recently presided over a special session of the court on the Delaware campus where he administered an oath that admitted eight Widener students to the limited practice of law.

Edward Hughes Ashley Talley and Edward Henry -- These students were among a group admitted under a special rule that allows them to appear in some Delaware courts under very stringent guidelines. The students were admitted in relation to their work in the Delaware Civil Clinic at Widener. They will largely be representing clients who are victims of domestic violence who also need assistance with child custody and visitation issues.
