Former New York Governor George Pataki is a believer in directing
federal funds to stimulate private sector investment in alternative
energy. In fact, his law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP, consulted
with the Obama administration to create the energy stimulus
program. However, he says the government shouldn't be involved in
