Todd L Gilbert is an American expat and blogger living in Amsterdam and seems to be having a blast living there. He's agitproper on twitter and he's big on the hyves.net which he adopted early on (big in Amsterdam and Peru). He uses Twit Pick though I can't seem to find it. He's big on the party scene and the beautiful women that abound in his social network on the ground.
