Okay, seriously. I like the European mindset of applying a little creativity and common sense to a pressing need (like sexy bikinis!) This becomes a mini-adventure, and a fun weekend project. Wake up Saturday morning and make a new bikini and go have fun at the beach Saturday afternoon.
As a guy I have never looked at the tag on a bikini to see who made it. I don't care how much it costs, and I could not care any less than I do what fancy store sold it. My needs are obvious: visual appeal. The fact that a girl made it herself tells me she sews (a rarity in America), and that she is probably a lot more fun and less high-maintenance then any of a few dozen women I have dated, and she is creative, which is sexy in its own right.
