Here is part two of the core workout. This exercise is going to hit your quads and cheeks hard.
Word to the wise - don't buy this terrible bumpy ball that I have. It leaves holes in your skin from the bumps that make you look like the cellulite world champion and they take hours to go away. I prefer bald balls - haha.
