I wish van rental companies would offer stuff like this. I would love to hire this to travel around in although there isn't much room for luggage so not so good for car hire from Heathrow! This guy took a Postman Pat kids ride and a quad bike and built the world's smallest car (although it has yet to be verified).

There are actually several car hire companies who do hire out unusual cars. Not sure about world record breakers tho!
