I just recently went to visit Caroline Dietz, John Pope and Lionel Menchaca at Dell Computer to talk to them about their awesome shift from being a commoditized, overly traditional marketing brand to being a community driven brand. :)

This is such a key moment and a great statement on how social media can change the public perception of a company.
You can transform from a "faceless corporation" to good people working at a company just by allowing your employees to speak in real, unfiltered voices.
