Description

Johnny and Dave meet up with Tom Peters of the world famous Monk's Cafe in Philadelphia, PA. Monk's is considered one of the greatest Belgium taverns in the country, and rightfully so. Tom is kind enough to share with us his Cuvee de Monk's Gueuze (pronounced "gooze"), a blended lambic he has been working on in Belgium at the Cantillon brewery. This particular Gueuze is an Oud Gueuze, and is a blend of a 3 year old, 2 year old, and 1 year old lambic. It is available only at Monk's Cafe, and only during Philly Beer Week!
This is the first of two shows that Tom was kind enough to do with us, and we hope you enjoy it! Be sure to visit Monk's during Philly Beer Week!
