I'm partial to Canon. I have the Rebel XTi. They have a upgraded version, XSi, that just came out a few months ago. I hear its pretty nice and still affordable. Just remember the lens (glass) is what you'll be spending most of your money on.

Funny ...I became Chemical Engineering and after a couple of year I quit .. :) Basicaly because I love Music and Travel Photography .. change is good :D

Yes. I know I'm wearing a Berkeley shirt. One of the perks of having a friend who print shirts--sometimes he'll give me some outdated prints he no longer needs.
