we've started our pre-budget open field campaign,"Krishi
Budget...Krishoker Budget" (Agriculture Budget...Farmers...Budget)
like
every year. For the last five years, Hridoye Mati O Manush has
kept on doing this programme for the grassroot farmers- What
they
understand about budget and what they expect from the budget
and
its allocations in every agricultural sector. The programme
influences the policy-level of the government to take decisions
which certainly favours farmers in the national budget of the
country.
