(I added the createNetlist function call myself -- the ocean scripted dumped from the ADE did not have that). Regardless, with or without createNetlist added, the ocean script does not create a netlist.vams file.
Update:
As it turns out, one needs
to run icfb. E.g.,
icfb -nograph -replay xxx.ocn
instead of running ocean.
