I shot this while I was 31 Weeks pregnant with my daughter Hunter.
Inversions are not contraindicated in pregnancy, although, like anything in yoga, if you do practice any sort of yoga, make sure that you have a qualified teacher helping you out, or at the very least have been practicing inversions for quite a while.
My body felt great doing inversions, yours may not. Always listen to your own body, make sure you honor your baby
