just the way i like it... haha jk. well after looking at all my vids, i've noticed that my step is out, so then my arms are all screwed up at the plant. look at how my arms arn't even straight... how noob of me... thats why my pole never has a nice bend upwards as opposed to a low bend. i gotta work on that. thats why aaron got such a nice plant. he gets his hands up and they're locked.

You're right... but on this one you start to salvage it but don't finish your swin.g. Your going over the bar while the pole is still unbending
