Intro: Pam and Raphael; Raphael vacationed in the Bahamas
Recipe: Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin with Quinoa Pilaf, Black Beans and Vegetables
Support Boards: Member on my support (Anni). She is committing to walk the entire state of Indiana - She has 200 pounds to lose and she?ll begin the walk late May 2009. She?s raising money for Riley Children?s Hospital in Indianapolis. She has also created a blog http://anniwalks.blogspot.com/ and is going to actively discuss her challenges, victories etc. By her calculations it will be about 375 miles and take about a month to complete (walking 15-20 miles a day). I suspect it may take a bit longer than this to complete.
