The Hawaii Supreme Court did not rule that the State of Hawaii had clouded title to these lands. Instead, the State Supreme Court said that issue needs to be resolved through the political process. The Court was careful to not rule that the State had clouded title.

Bennett says this case has hurt the state's fiscal structure and he suggests it hurts the bond rating. WRONG!
