During the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, Seamus
O’Hara, the founder of the Carlow Brewing Company
in Carlow, Ireland was visiting the United States and Philadelphia
in particular. He is at the forefront of the craft brewing movement
in Ireland, which is still relatively young. We sat down with him
at The Irish Pub to talk to him about his operations, the craft
beer scene in Ireland, the current state of beer in his country and
what he hopes to see happen over the next several years. Many many
