I don't understand why Bill Gates gave Steve ballmer or in this case the board at Microsoft the head CEO job the guy is a fruit cake. I just don't get it can someone explain to me WHY?

Because all Microsoft can do is copy apple, google, linux, etc. so the copy always sucks, so they get people that sucks to make shit that sucks, for a company, Microsoft, that sucks.
