I'm presently in the middle of a Grey's Anatomy marathon and I saw an episode where Izzy, Meredith Grey, and Knight's character (can't remember the character name), laid under the tree and just thought to themselves. I found that to be really interesting and potentially cathartic, so I did it. Feels good!
