The Free Exercise Clause gives us the freedom to practice our beliefs without being discriminated against or be forced to create or do something we are against. However, after digging into the sweet details of the Masterpiece Cakeshop Case, it has become clear that both sides would be properly protected by this clause and yet, this is what Supreme Court must determine; whose beliefs are on the chopping block?
