We've got two very interesting beers - including a very peppery Route De Epices ("Spice Route") from the Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel, and the very rare Samichlaus Helles from The Castle Brewery Eggenberg, the world's highest ABV lager at 14%. We go over our traditional 9-10 minutes to discuss the complexity of the Samichlaus.
