Overhead Body Weight Squats. Hold a broomstick overhead with both hands spread just past the shoulders. With the stick held overhead perform a good squat where you sit your hips back keep your chest up & do not let your knees travel past your toes. Go down until the top of the thigh is parallel to the floor.
