As I show I've tired the web and 3 differnt clients.

I have no issues using twitter via ubertwitter on the blackberry and via twitterfox on mozilla firefox via windows and Linux.
If you got a router, reboot it. Might solve the issue. DSL/cable modems could be reset also.
Lastly, it COULD be the ISP censoring/blocking out twitter. Bad thing to censor out a website when it's used by millions.

try twitterfox firefox extension. works wherever firefox does.

I admit I have been giving twitter a hard time lately, however have you tried all of the solutions available to try and solve the problem?
Of course your twitter clients won't work if twitter.com is down. The past couple of days I've been able to load the twitter home page just fine. Time to check your connection is working properly?
