Please let me know where I can get the phospholipids. I have been on OSR for about 4 months and I have been kicking up major yeast.

As is common...my son is not a good barometer for the value of individual items as he is on a very comprehensive and ever changing protocol...this didn't turn out to be anything huge as far as we could tell.

I just found out from Bob Morgan who sells HeavenlyHeat Saunas (the one we have and LOVE) was talking to Dr Boyd Haley (developer of OSR & much, much more) and that he said in the Rat studies they did with mercury and OSR that when they tested the dead rats the unaccounted for/unexcreted mercury was in the epidermus (skin) which means pairing the OSR with sauna therapy might really play out!
