Ever wonder why something is going on in your life? Have you ever experienced déjà vu? Past life regression is a great tool by which to access the higher mind to gain information about who you really are, what your purpose is, how you relate to others in your life, why you chose your parents, why something is happening, and what your fears or unresolved pain is about. By knowing and understanding, we can stop asking, “Why” or “Why me?”
For many years, Kris has felt that trepidation is preventing her from stepping into her authentic space and fulfilling her life’s purpose. Today, Kris has volunteered to help me demonstrate a past life regression where she will have the opportunity to review the previous life that will give her insight into the reason for the trepidation she is experiencing. Knowing and understanding why she is experiencing this will allow her to release the negativity and move forward. This form of transpersonal healing is not possible through talk therapy alone.
Unlike what you may have seen on television or in movies, while in trance you will not be zoned out, nor will you be watching what appears to be a movie or a rerun of a previous life. You might see vivid images, but usually it will be shades of gray, or perhaps nothing at all. Instead, information may come from a sound, a smell, or even a taste. Almost always it is a feeling, a thought, intuition-trust your intuition. Additional information comes over the next few days as insights or in dreams.
