We chat with Mark Maxwell, president of the Gloucester County (NJ) Homebrewers Club at his groups annual brew event. So what's it like trying to get a new brewery started? Ben Battiata, founder of Turtle Stone Brewery has the concept in place, now he has to deal with a mountain of regulations before the idea comes to fruition.
