Hi. I'm Derek, the boy that doesn't like to see videos with interlacing. Have you met my friend the 'deinterlace button'?
That said, the fact that you only see the interlacing during high movement in this video is kind of cool. Arty in a way. Though, I'm sure that wasn't intended.
