How fast is IT evolving? Very fast. How many chance do we have to make it on our own? Not many. The presentation is about sharing knowledge in the IT world. How it is fundamental for keeping up with the never ending changes. From my experience at Sydney's Rails Meetups, to my job at News, what's happening on Github and blogs around the web, I will outline how sharing your knowledge and experience is important in IT. Hopefully I'll also be able to present a demo of a Rails personal project, targeted to help open source communities to organize their meetups talks.
