Hey, I had a wild day coming up to my first launch of an info product. One of my readers didn't really get the message and obviously didn't watch all my videos and wrote - as a lawyer - all these terrible (false) accusations about me and basically wanted me to go to jail or something of that kind (yes, jail for not making my expertise "free" - go figure).
Anyhow, I could have blocked the comment on the blog but I let it through - the response from my loyal readers couldn't have been better, a team of fans that I didn't know existed rose to defend me like an upset lioness. IT WAS GREAT, the support they gave me helped so much in sticking up for me and my product, I'm sure some of my sales came in because they decided to side with me.
I hope this is encouragement to some of you out there!
