Md. Farid a young man from Chittagong came to Qatar with many hopes and aspirations like millions do. At the start he couldn't do any better except giving labour to farms owned by others. Then he got the most optimistic idea. He thought why not I take lease from Qatari people and do my farming on my own! He did it. At the Muntazah area he took lease of 60 acres of land and made the whole place a land of greenery with diverse vegetable crops. How did he do the tilling? Not with any machines or cows that we regularly see in Bangladesh. He did it with a donkey. He taught and trained a donkey proverbially which is thought to be impossible.
