A rant about a situation I've found myself in with OakFurnitureLand.co.uk. What confuses me is why there is no shift when the benefits from providing great customer service (going along with a reasonable client request) by far outweight the cost. And it would avoid any negative social media coverage and might have even resulted in some positive coverage. Another example of small town rules.

Even if I were to place a completely new order they wouldn't send it to me.
