This week is all about White Beer, a Belgian style rich in history. Funny thing about these beers -- none of them are from Belgium!
We start out with Philadelphia Brewing Company's Walt Wit. Then we go to the far east for Hitachino's Nest White Ale, from Kiuchi Brewery which is quickly becoming a favorite! Finally, we wrap up with Ommegang Witte from Brewery Ommegang, founded in Cooperstown and now operating on both sides of the Pond.
