Yakima is the gateway to Washington Wine Country. There are 16 wineries within a 35-mile radius. Casinos, museums, snow skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing and golfing are located in the surrounding area. Here you will enjoy over 300 days of sunshine. I'll recommend Yakima Inn where you can spend couple of nights. A cheap hotel & a friendly staff.
