Don't be a dinosaur. Dinosaurs are the first people to go in the workplace. That you are exploring platforms like Viddler is very good. This shows that you are at least open to new things, even though it has been a few years now since most of us experienced this change in landscape. The reality of it is you need to actively keep up with the latest and greatest that the world has to offer. Not to necessary buy into any one concept, but to observe and be aware of your surroundings. Becoming a dinosaur is easy. I guess we can all be dinosaurs in our own areas. However, if you are going to be a dinosaur, you best be the raptor.
