Well didn't Franklin D. Roosevelt establish the FDIC to insure our bank accounts up to $100,000? Or is that useless in this crisis now? Someone help me out, because after the Great Depression began Roosevelt started whippin' out a whole line of bills to prevent or at least provide cushion if another were to ever occur again.
