Pancakes in a Bag

My favorite pancakes. Not the thick doughy kind served in restaurants, but not quite crepes. These freeze well.
Whisk together:
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1.5 tablespoons baking powder
0.5 teaspoon salt
Whisk together separately:
1.5 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 large eggs
0.5 teaspoon vanilla
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined (batter will be lumpy).
If you've got blueberries, go ahead and sprinkle a few on top of each pancakes as it cooks.
