Kavita Oberoi made her millions after being told by her previous employer that she would never be a leader. She quit her job, as a medical representative with Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and set up her own consultancy business after spotting a gap in the market for IT training in the medical industry.
Recently, Kavita has become a bit of a celebrity with appearances on TV shows such as 'Secret Millionaire' and 'The Apprentice: Your Fired'.
We managed to catch up with Kavita at St Pancras Grand Restaurant and Oyster Bar as she dashed between appointments in her hectic schedule. We asked her about how she got started, and what her advise would be to anyone looking to grow their businesses.
