The wrestling moves aren't completely random, but you have the stance the guy's in to do a specific move. When he's bending forth, you usually do a DDT (and later a powerbomb) when he's standing up you do the different suplexes. I managed to do a hurricanrana once or twice too but I can't figure out the requirements for it, but I think you have to blindside the guy from the right while he's standing straight up.
when you're facing his backside you always do a german suplex.
