Net neutrality has seen some flareups this year, especially with wireless providers restricting the usage of specific applications on their networks like Skype and Slingbox. Now, after the FCC Chairman’s speech, Boxee CEO Avner Ronen has weighed in on the debate.
Boxee, a sort-of “video browser” which aims to take any video content on the public internet and bring it to the living room, could be one of the companies most affected by net neutrality, as often times bit-pipe providers like cable and phone companies offer video services that might compete with Boxee.
