After his keynote address, I spoke with Clay Shirky about his fantastic presentation at Interop_NY about when people keep obsessing over information overload. Shirky says the story of information overload will never end. What you need to do is look at the filters and if you feel inundated, see what filters are breaking down. I asked him about how he's dealing with his filters today. He breaks it down to look at process flow of other content and also inbound communications. It's a great follow up to his presentation.
