13:00 - This is pretty straight forward. The phrase will work as long as the pauses between the words aren't too large. "this is" doesn't work if split into two words though.
15:00 - Hard to read but the chart just lists the organs that were missing.
16:10 - No set solution for this. The closer the sliders are to the answer the more verbose the reply.

Less
