Something I've never thought about at 9:28:

"For you to actually get enough depth in a segment, to hold it and own it, to get some virality, you have to be at least 20-30% deep in that segment."

So if your target audience is 10 people, you need 3, but if it's 1 million, you need a lot more. Hence the need for focus.

Let's see if I can apply that in my own project(s).
