This is the office space we looked at on Monday, and it should work out well. It is about 1746 sq ft.

My list of improvements:
* New carpet (can we pick color?)
* Keep the purple carpet that is in the big room
* Fix any broken or discolored ceiling tiles
* Clean and wash bathrooms
* The window in the entry way needs to be filled in
* Replace missing electrical and light switch covers
* Clean up restroom near kitchen
* Replace any windows with cracks
* Clean Vents
* Fix the base boards
* Permission to remove countertop in kitchen and bath and replace with newer
* Remove the counter in the entry area
* Add space for a refrigerator in kitchen area by removing a section of the cabinets where the ventilation hood is along with the hood and the ventilation tube.
* Permission to paint walls
